HitBTC is an easy platform to use thanks to a simple navigation and familiar design. The platform doesn’t look as impressive as GDAX or CEX.IO, from a design perspective, but the design also doesn’t get in the way of utility. It does look weirdly similar to Poloniex.
Sort of – The exchange puts all of your trading information onto a single pane, which is probably nice for institutional investors, but would probably be overwhelming for most beginners.
Many questions I had regarding insurance and security were completely missing from the help center. The help center has a few brief tutorials and lots of information on their affiliate program but overall isn’t very detailed.
I received an answer to my customer support ticket within 12 hours of submitting it.
HitBTC offers more than 150 trading pairs, including many newly added ICO tokens and futures. The European-based exchange is the 5th largest by 24-hour trade volume. The platform has low fees and doesn't require an account for basic crypto to crypto transactions, however with a history of hacks and customer support that leaves a lot to be desired, there's better platforms for just starting out.
